IS THERE A MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD?

Yes, the minimum term is 12 months for all paid subscriptions. When you sign up to a paid subscription service you agree to a 12 month period. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

HOW DO I SIGN UP TO THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?

Firstly, you will need to register for a free account here. Once registered, you can select the subscription level you wish to use, move to the checkout and enter the details listed. you will receive a payment email and staff from On Tap Liquor will be in contact as soon as is practical to arrange the initial onsite inspection and staff session.

HOW OFTEN ARE INSPECTIONS CONDUCTED ON MY PREMISES?

Qualified On Tap Liquor Consulting staff will conduct a full audit of your venue when the subscription starts. Two (2) annual spot inspections of your licensed premises during the subscription service period (12 month).

IS THE SERVICE OFFERED THROUGHOUT VICTORIA AND INTERSTATE?

At the present time the service is only available in certain areas including the greater metropolitan area of Melbourne, Geelong (& surrounds) and rural areas at a radius of 150km from the On Tap Liquor Consulting office situated in Ballan. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further information. The subscription service is not yet offered interstate (outside of Victoria) or outside of Australia.


WHAT CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED AS PAYMENT?

We accept payments from MasterCard, Visa and American Express via a secure eWay payment system.

WILL I BE NOTIFIED OF THE SPOT INSPECTIONS?

Spot inspection dates may be established in consultation with you at the time that On Tap Liquor staff contact to you after the subscription period commences. It can be advantageous, however, to undertake surprise inspections. We will discuss this with you on commencement of your subscription.

WILL I GET FREE OR DISCOUNTED RSA PLACEMENTS?

Free and discounted RSA placements depend on the subscription package you have signed up to. Please refer to the package information on the Members Service page in order to determine your benefits and also refer to our Terms and Conditions
