On Tap Liquor Consulting, Victoria’s premier liquor consultancy firm, is excited to announce that they have acquired EDQ Town Planning, a boutique town planning consultancy firm based in Ballan.
Operated by Director Mr Robert Eskdale, EDQ Town Planning was established in 1995 and services the Moorabool region and beyond.
Integrating Town Planning and Urban Design functions, EDQ Town Planning is a specialist town planning consultancy firm assisting in all aspects of the developmental approval process, with services including, but not limited to:
- Development feasibility studies
- Preparation, lodgement and management of subdivision approval applications
- Land use planning proposals
- Advocacy and expert evidence
‘EDQ Town Planning have established ongoing professional relationships with a range of professionals, including land surveyors, traffic engineers, civil engineers and a range of other specialist consultants, so we are able to manage town planning projects from start to finish’ said Mr Eskdale. ‘I am keen to join the staff at On Tap Liquor in order to grow and expand the business offerings of EDQ both within the Moorabool and Ballarat regions, as well as further afield’ he added.
On Tap’s Principals, and new Directors of EDQ Town Planning, Mr James Robson and Mr Stephan Jerman, are excited to prepare for EDQ’s growth over the coming years alongside Mr Eskdale.
